Keith Allen Kuhns, age 42, of Great Bend, N.Y., died Tuesday, June 25, 2013, in Champion NY.
He was an Army veteran having served from 1989-2012.
Keith was employed by Jain Irrigation, Watertown, NY and had been previously employed by Byrne Dairy.
He was a 1989 graduate of Northern Lehigh High School.
Keith was Lutheran by faith. He was an accomplished carpenter, an avid outdoorsman and Pittsburgh Steelers fan and he was also a motorcycle enthusiast.
Born in Allentown, he was the son of Kenneth R. Kuhns and Barbara R. (Nunemacher) Kuhns of New Ringgold.
He is also survived by his
Three Brothers,
Kenneth R Kuhns, Jr. and his wife Danielle of Onalaska, WI; Christopher M. Kuhns of Tamaqua; and Matthew Kuhns and his wife Alison of Hubert, NC;
Three Nieces;
Two Nephews;
Many Aunts and Uncles.
Preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Ann Kuhns in 1970.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM.
Memorial Service will be on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 10:30 AM at the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home.
Interment with Military Honors at Ft. Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA.
