June E. Stapleton, 94 years of age a longtime Tamaqua, resident passed away on Monday, June 18, 2018, at Hometown Nursing & Rehabilitation Ctr. in Hometown.
Born Wednesday March 26, 1924 in Tamaqua, daughter of the late Archie, and Edna (Behler) Woodward. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Daniel Stapleton.
Surviving are daughter, Barbara Parrish wife of Charles T. of Tamaqua; sister, Arlene S. Moyer of Tamaqua; nephews, Donald and Darron Moyer; great nephews, Donnie and Matthew Moyer.
June was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tamaqua.

A Funeral service will be held on Monday June 25, 2018 at 11 o'clock AM from the funeral home. Friends may call on the morning of services from 9:30 A.M. until time of services.
Interment will be in Sky-View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, PA.
