Josephine C. "Tina" Keip

Josephine B. "Tina" Keip, 87 years of age of Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully while in the care of her granddaughter, Heather Kintz and extended family on Monday, January 13, 2025 at home in Tamaqua.

Born Friday, September 10, 1937 in Pottsville the daughter of the late Albert LeRoy, and Helena (Papsaderia) Bair. Tina was also predeceased by; her husband, David T. Keip on January 2, 2025; daughter, Melissa Keip; son, Ray Yocum; grandsons, Raymond Yocum Jr., David Vincent Gallagher-Keip and brother Thomas Bair. 

Surviving are; son, David J. Keip and his wife Suzanne; daughter, Jean Marie Scarloss wife of Paul; grandchildren, Heather, Jada, Samantha, Robert, Courtney, Brett, Emma; and a number of great grandchildren.

A member of St. John U.C.C. of Tamaqua, Tina worked in the Textile Industry for many years, and as a waitress at Tommy's in Tamaqua. In her youth Tina enjoyed roller skating, and she and David liked to visit the Casino's.

A joint celebration of Tina's and David’s Lives will be held in the Spring.

Interment will be in Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania
