Joseph A. Zaprazny

Joseph A. Zaprazny, 24 years of age, of Tamaqua, passed away Friday, November 14, 2014, in Summit Hill.

A 2009 Tamaqua Area High School graduate, Joe was a member of the soccer, wrestling and track teams. He was a gifted artist who also enjoyed rebuilding cars.

Born in Coaldale, he is the son of Angelique (Derr) McGlinchey, wife of Rusty, and John Zaprazny and his wife, Michelle, of Tamaqua.

Joseph is also survived by;

John Zaprazny, Jr.,
Jason M. Zaprazny and
Cody Brode, all of Tamaqua;

Maternal Grandparents,
Marge D. Derr of Tamaqua, and
Paul "Gus" Derr and his wife, Kim, of North Carolina;

Paternal grandmother,
Barbara Gallagher of Tamaqua;

Step grandparents,
Francis and Sandra McGlinchey of Tamaqua;

Preceded in death by his paternal grandfather,
Bernard Gallagher.

Many aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive Joseph.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 655 East Broad Street, Tamaqua, PA.,

A Gathering of Friends shall take place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, November 18, 2014, from the funeral home.
