Mr.Joseph C. Klein, age 83, of Holy Family Residence Orwigsburg, Pa., died Thursday, May 13, 2010, at the Pottsville Hospital, Pottsville, Pa.
Catholic by faith, Joseph retired after 30 years from the Chrysler Automotive plant in Detroit Michigan.
Joseph, was a member of the Middleport American Legion, having served in the United States Army and Army Air Corp. during WWII.
Born in Middleport, he was the son of the late Jacob and Mary (Kohlmeier) Klein.
He is survived by his caregiver Deborah DeCindio, and her husband Anthony of New Ringgold;
Nieces and nephews;
Preceded in death by brothers, Carl J. Sr., John Sr., and Jacob J. Klein Sr.; sisters, Mrs. Mary Bretz, and Mrs. Betty Herb; nephews, Jacob, John, and James Klein.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Monday, May 17, 2010.
Funeral service will be at Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc. at 7:00 PM Monday, May 17, 2010.
