A 1967 Weatherly High School graduate, John matriculated to Penn State University graduating in 1971.
John, retired from the White Haven Ctr, White Haven.
Born in Hazleton, he was the son of the late Marshall E. and Myrtle A. (VanDyke) Winters.
He is survived by his

Christine A. Winters, and her husband Ross Armstrong of Falls Church, Va.;
Two Brothers,
David R. Winters and his wife Judy of Broomall, Pa.,
Wayne E. Winters of Weatherly;
Niece, Miss Lacey Winters of Weatherly;
Preceded in death by his sister, Jane Winters
