Mr. John Veronsky, age 46, of Shady Lane Tamaqua, Pa., died Monday, February 16, 2009, unexpectedly in his home.
John was a 1981 Pottsville High School graduate where, he excelled as a pitcher on the high school baseball team. He continued his love for sports coaching his children while they participated in Little League baseball and softball, wrestling and soccer. John was active in Tamaqua High School Booster organization, representative of his children's sporting endeavors.
John was and avid outdoorsman, he loved to hunt and golf. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Pottsville, Pa.
John was employeed at Cambridge Lee of Reading, Pa., for 20 years as a Mill Worker.
Born in Pottsville, he was the son of the late Adam Veronsky and Gertrude (Quinn) Veronsky of Kaska, Pa..
He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Mrs. Cathy M. (Mills) Veronsky;
A Daughter,
Miss Tamra Veronsky, and
Son,
Mr. Travis Veronsky both residing at home

Mrs. Colleen (Veronsky) Jamison wife of Steve of New Ringgold, Pa.;
Sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, nieces, and nephews
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday, February 19, 2009 and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday, February 20, 2009.
Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Friday, February 20, 2009, Rev. Harold L. Hand, Jr. officiating.
Interment will be at Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, Pa.
