John Charles McCole, age 46, of Barny St., Wilkes Barre, PA, died Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at home.
He is survived by his mother Susan A. (Pondish) and her husband Michael Marconi of Jim Thorpe; his father, LeRoy F. " Bun" McCole and his wife Jan of Jim Thorpe; his son, John P. McCole of Nesquehoning; Step-daughter, Nicole Cox of Delaware; his sister, Tonia McCole of Nesquehoning; and a niece, Madeline.
Born in Palmerton on June 3, 1971, he was preceded in death by a baby brother.
John had worked at the Salvation Army Luzerne County. He was a Panther Valley High School graduate and he attended Alvernia College. John was an avid fan of Notre Dame football and the N.Y. Yankees.
