John D. Marshall

Mr. John D. Marshall, age 42, of East Lehigh Street Summit Hill, Pa., died Thursday, February 7, 2008, in his home, of natural causes.

John was a 1984 Panther Valley High School graduate, having served served as class President.

He was a member of St. Paul's Church in Summit Hill, PA,

John was well known as the Lead Singer for various regional Rock Bands, from 13-13, and Falacy, to the Legendary Phsycho Bettie, which headlines clubs from the Jersey Shore throughout N. E. Pennsylvania.

John was Sales Manager for D.J. Auto Sales of Allentown, Pa. until November of 2007. He also owned a Car Detailing Business since the early 1980's.

Born in Coaldale, Pa., he was the son of John R. "Jack" and Daryl (Long) Marshall of Summit Hill, Pa.

He is also survived by his

Sister-Miss Kathy A. Marshall of King of Prussia, Pa.

Maternal grand mother, Gladys (Winkel) Long of Tamaqua, Pa.

Arrangements are being handled by Holmes - Griffiths Funeral Home Inc.,

Calling Hours Tuesday evening February 12, 2008 from 6:00 to 9:00 P.M. from the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa. 18252, & the morning of from 10:00 A.M. until time of services.

Funeral Services Wednesday February 13, 2008 at 11 o'clock A.M. from the E. Franklin Griffiths F.H., Inc. , Rev. John F. Hazel , Jr. officiating.

Interment will be at Sky-View Memorial Park in Tamaqua, Pa.
