John Felsoci, age 81, of Wayne Ave., Hometown, died Monday, July 21, 2014, at home surrounded by his wife and family.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret "Margie" (Stunda) Felsoci.
He was a devoted member of St. Jerome’s Catholic Church in Tamaqua, and was well known as a man of his faith.
John served his country in the Korean War and was stationed in Germany.
He was a 1950 graduate of Tamaqua High School.
He retired in 1997 from Tamaqua High School as a custodian.
John was a devoted father, husband, grandfather, and an avid hunter and outdoorsman.
John was loved and admired by his family and community. This gentle soul will be truly missed.
Born in Tamaqua, he was the son of the late Michael Felsoci and the late Susan (Kralik) Felsoci

Four Sons, Michael Felsoci of Elizabethtown, KY; John Felsoci of Lincolnwood, IL; Timothy Felsoci of Oregon; Mark Felsoci of Benicia, CA;
Two Sisters: Mary Selgarth of Florida and Millie Kerak of Hometown;
One Brother: Andrew Felsoci and his wife Marilyn of Hometown;
Thirteen Grand Children and Three Great-Grand Children.
Preceded in death by his brother, Michael Felsoci; sister, Ann Chicanavage
