JoAnn M. Kipikasa, wife, mother, nana, 75 years of age of Eurana Ave. Weatherly, formerly of Hazleton, passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016, at home while in the care of her family.
Survived by her husband of fifty-four years, Henry W. Kipikasa; daughter, Lori A. Kipikasa with whom she resided; son, Dr. Joseph H. Kipikasa and his wife Jamieof Signal Mountain, TN; sister, Antionette Smith and her husband Alan of Bethlehem; grand children, Megan E., and Morgan R. Kipikasa, Megan, and Bryce Clark; nieces and nephews, Barbara Morales, Michelle Barron, Edward Kipikasa, and Burton Robyn Thomas.
A 1958 graduate of Hazleton High School, Joann matriculated to McCann's School of Business. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes R.C.C. of Weatherly.
JoAnn loved tending to her home and shopping.
Born Friday, September 20, 1940 in Hazleton, the daughter of the late Joseph, and Altheda (Govens) Petruzzi.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 o'clock AM on Friday September 16, 2016 from Our Lady of Lourdes R.C.C., located at 318 Plane Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255.
Friends may call on Friday morning in church from 9:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M.
Interment will be in Union Cemetery Weatherly, Pennsylvania
