Joan Franchak , 86 years of age, beloved mother, nanny, of Christian Lane New Ringgold, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2022, upon arrival at St. Luke's Miners Memorial in Coaldale, Pennsylvania.
Born Monday, December 23, 1935 in Throop, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Michael, and Margaret (Mauro) Worobey. Joan was also predeceased by; her husband Michael S. Franchak.
Surviving are; daughter, Margaret Miller wife of Andrew of New Ringgold with whom she resided; grandchildren, Alexandra. Courtney, Isaac, and Britney; great granddaughter, Roselynn.
Christian by faith, Joan had worked for many years, at Mt. Airy Lodge, and Pocono Manor. Joan enjoyed taking walks, and traveling with her family whom she adored.
