Joan T (Stegena) Decker, age 76, of Weatherly, formerly of Freeland, died Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at Weatherwood Nursing Home, Weatherly.
She was Catholic by faith.
Joan was a graduate of Foster Hghts. Twp. High School. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and she was very social at the nursing home.
She was a homemaker.
Born in Hazleton on August 23, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Edward Stegena and the late Janet (Stashefski) Stegena.
She is survived by her
Three Sons,
Keith R Decker and his wife Joan A. of Weatherly;
Robert J Decker of Weatherly;
Edward G Decker of Freeland;
One Sister,
Janet Masley of Wapwallopen, Pa.;
One Brother,
Edward Stegena and his wife Collette of Philadelphia;
Four Grandchildren
Four Great-Grandchildren.
Private Arrangements have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 211 First Street , Weatherly, PA.
Interment will be at St John's Cemetery, Freeland,
