Jeffery Alan Urban

Jeffery A. Urban, age 60, of Tamaqua, Pa., passd peacefully away Thursday, February 2, 2012, at Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown, surrounded by his family.
A 1969 Mahanoy City High School graduate, Jeff had worked at the former J. E. Morgan Knitting of Tamaqua. Jeff has been employeed for the last 25 yrs. at Blue Mt. Health Systems as a medical transcriptionist, Gnaden Huetten Campus of Lehighton.
Jeff enjoyed music and trips to the Bloomsburg Fair.
Born in Hazleton, he was the son of the late Daniel and Frances M. (Dougherty) Yanalavage.
He is survived by his
Two Sisters,
Lori Yanalavage-Yesenofsky of Allentown,
Marie (Yanalavage) Black wife of James of Hurst, Texas;
Nieces, Serena, and Gillian; nephew Daniel.
Arrangements are being handled by the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. 655 East Broad street Tamaqua, Pa. 18252
Friends will be received from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM Tuesday, February 7, 2012.
Memorial service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 5 o'clock PM Tuesday, February 7, 2012 .
