Janet E. (Brode) Dunn, age 73, formerly of Lansford, and Tamaqua, died Thursday, October 17, 2013, at Blue Mountain Health Systems in Lehighton.
Widow of Joseph L. Dunn, Jr., who died on October 17, 1996.
Janet was a 1957 Tamaqua Area High School graduate.
Born in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late Martin Luther and Rita (Noonan) Brode.
She is survived by her
Three Sons,
Joseph P. Dunn III and his wife Donna of Tennessee,
Nicky Dunn and his wife Wanda of Coaldale,
Kevin Dunn;
Sister,
Judy Kellner of Tamaqua;
Three grandchildren, Collin, A.J., and Marty;
Great grandchild, Kaitlyn.
Preceded in death by her son, Martin P. Dunn in 1983; brother, Martin Brode.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa.
The family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Tuesday, October 22, 2013.
