James A. Fadden

James A. Fadden, 74 years of age of 535 North Street Weatherly, passed away peacefully on Saturday evening April 22,2017, at home in the care of his family.

Survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Beverly A. (Bailey) Fadden; daughter, Cheryl L. Wife of Dr. James Lauer of Beaver, Pa; grandchildren, Sarah Horst wife of Nathan, Kelcy Bajac wife of Danny, Evan Lauer and his wife Emily; great granddaughter, Olivia Horst.

A Weatherly High School graduate, Jim matriculated to Penn State University earning his degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career with RCA, which was acquired by G.E., and then became Harris Corporation of Mt. Top from which he retired.

Catholic by faith, Jim, was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a member of Silver Ridge Hunting Club of Weatherly.
Born in Hazleton, the son of the late James Andrew, and Theresa ( Marouchoc) Fadden. He was also predeceased by a brother, Thomas Fadden.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Homes and Cremation Services of 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania, 18255. 570-427-4231.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday April 26, 2017 at 11 o'clock A.M. from the funeral home.

Friends shall be received at the funeral home on Tuesday evening April 25, 2017 from 6 to 8:00 P.M., and on the morning of beginning at 10:00 A.M..

Internment Union Cemetery , Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
