James W. Barron

Mr. James W. Barron, age 72, of Tamaqua, Pa., died Thursday, December 30, 2010, at Easton Nursing Ctr. in Easton, Pa.

James was a member of the Primitive Methodist Church of Tamaqua. He retired from the True Value Cotter Company Warehouse of Fogelsville.. .

He was the son of the late James Barron and Eva (Adams) Barron.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Nancy (Brode) Barron;

One Daughter,
Kim A. (Barron) Smith wife of Robert P. of Tamaqua;

One Son,
James R. Barron of Tamaqua;

Two Sisters,
Betty (Barron) Harkins of Kelayres,
Hazle Frey wife of Charles of Quakake;

Two Brothers,
Mr. Harry Barron of Tamaqua,
John Barron of New Ringgold;

Two grandchildren
Two great-grandchildren;

Preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Barron.

Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, January 3, 2011.

Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Monday, January 3, 2011, Rev. Rodney Hall officiaitng.

Interment will be at Odd Fellows in Tamaqua.
