Irma Ginda, beloved mother, sister, of Penn Street, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial Medical Ctr. in Coaldale, Pennsylvania.
Born Sunday, September 18, 1927 in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Dominick, and Marina (Dominicci) Camerini. She was also predeceased by her husband, Michael Ginda; sister, Ida Thomasco; brothers, Joseph D., Francis, and Bruno Camerini.
Surviving are daughter, Maureen Ginda of Philadelphia; sister, Mary Camerini of Tamaqua; sister-in-law, Joan Camerini of Tamaqua; many nieces and nephews also survive her.
A graduate of the former St. Jerome R.C.C. High School of Tamaqua, Irma was a member of St. John XXIII R.C.C.. Irma, worked for the former Atlas Powder Company of Reynolds, retiring after 43 years of services. A member of the St. Vincent DePaul Society, and Ladies of the Broom, Irma enjoyed day trips to the Casino. She will be greatly missed.
