Howard Frye

Mr. Howard Frye, age 80, of New Ringgold, Pa., died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at home surrounded by his family on Summer Valley Road in New Ringgold, Pa.

Howard owned and operated Frye's Tree Trimming, and Transmission's of New Ringgold.

Born in Quakake, he was the son of the late John and Emma (Garber) Frye.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Mrs. Dorothy L. (Zaprazny) Frye;

Two Daughters,
Patricia (Frye) Doemer wife of Dave of Carolton, Va.,
Carol Frye of Bethlehem;

One Son,
Richard J. Frye of New Ringgold;

Five Sisters,
Mae (Frye) Hope wife of Tom of Tamaqua,
Ethel (Frye) Thompson wife of Charles of Quakake,
Marion (Frye) Stansalet wife of Bernie of New Ringgold,
Amanda (Frye) Southam wife of Lou of Andreas,
Sadie (Frye) Kachmar wife of Stephen of Tamaqua;

Two Brothers,
Charles Frye of Quakake,
Robert "Butch" Frye of Quakake;

Preceded in death brothers, Lewis, Larney, Jimmy, John, Robert & Tommy; sister, Mrs. Carrie Kranch

Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday, March 4, 2011.

Funeral service will be at Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc. at 12:00 PM Friday, March 4, 2011.

Interment will be at Christ Union Cemetery of McKeansburg.
