Herbert A. Miller, 72 of Beaver Meadows, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in his home surrounded by his family.
Survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Melva H. (Gerhard) Miller; son, David A. Miller and his companion Lauren of Edison, New Jersey; sister, Joyce Bliss of TN. Many nieces and nephews also survive him.
Born Sunday, December 30, 1945 in Newport News, Virginia, he was the son of the late Herbert G., and Elizabeth (Watkins) Miller. He was also predeceased by sisters, Elsie Hogan, Mary Miller, Beverly Miller, and Gervais Rawles; brother, William Miller.
Herbert retired from General Motors of Linden New Jersey. He served honorably in the United States Airforce, A member of V.F.W. Post 8253 of West Hazleton, he enjoyed shooting darts and playing pool.
Pending Graveside Services have been entrusted to the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services of 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255. (570) 427-4231.
Interment Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, Pennsylvania.
