Mrs. Helen F. (Kunkle) Miller, age 88, of White Pine Drive Weatherly, Pa., died Monday, November 9, 2009, at Weatherwood Nursing Homein Weatherly.
A 1938 Weatherly High School graduate, and member of Zion Lutheran Church of Weatherly, Helen was a former member of the church Busy Bee's and served on the Altar Guild.
She was a Practical Nurse at the former Laurytown Nursing Home.
Born in Lehigh Twp., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Grace (Tresidder) Kunkle.
She is survived by her
Two Sons,
Richard W. Miller and his wife Donna,
Kenneth J. Miller and his wife Nancy, both of Weatherly;
Three grandchildren, Jason Miller and his girl friend Jill Haines, Kevin Miller, and Joleen Carlberg, wife of David;
Preceded in death by her husband, Norman R. Miller in 1992 and a sister Ruth Graaf.
Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street, Weatherly, Pa., Philip J. Jeffreis F.D./ Sup. where the family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 11, 2009.
Funeral service will be at Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, Inc. at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 11, 2009, Rev. Walter Breiner officiatng.
Interment will be at Union Cemetery
