Mr. Harry E. Carter, age 90, of Lake Harmony, Pa., died Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at Wymoning Valley Medical Center Geissinger, in Wilkes-barre, Pa.
Harry was a 1934 Tamaqua High School Graduate. He served in the United State Army during WWII. For over thirty years Harry managed "The Stretch", a private Fishing Club in Blakeslee, Pa.
He was a member of the White Haven Masonic Lodge, Summit Hill American Legion, and Tamaqua Elks.
Born in Tamaqua, Pa., he was the son of the late Frank Carter and the late Jennie (Houser) Carter.
Survived by his wife of 66 years Mrs. Jean (Mars) Carter

Louise (Carter) Keich of Tamaqua, Pa.
Nephew, John Carter and his wife Sherry of Tamaqua, Pa.
Great Nephews, Joshua, and John Carter.
Preceded in death by a Brother, Robert Carter, in 1978
