Harriet F. Hoffman, beloved wife, mother, grammy, sister, 75 years of age, of 3 Medical Crossing Road Tamaqua, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial Medical Center in Coaldale, Pennsylvania.
Born Monday, October 4, 1948 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Irvin, and Florence (Dampman) Bennage.
Surviving are; her husband of 55 years, Raymond Charles Hoffman; son, Stephen W. Hoffman and his partner Heather Shamonsky of New Ringgold; daughters, Susan L. Fannock of Tamaqua, Christine L. Rex and her husband, Neil of Andreas; brothers, Samuel Bennage of Fort Wayne, IN, David Bennage and his partner Gloria Patskan of Hazleton; sisters, Carol Bennage of Tamaqua, Karen Basiago and her husband, John of Summit Hill; grandchildren, Ryan, Abbey, and Jayden; great grandchild, Tyson. Many nieces and nephews also survive Harriet.
A 1966 graduate of Tamaqua Area High School, Harriet was a Majorette in the High School Drum & Bugle Corp. A member of Trinity United Church of Christ in Tamaqua, Harriet retired from the former J.E. Morgan Knitting Mill, and had previously worked at the former Jamesway Department Store in Tamaqua. She was also a Tupperware consultant for many years. An avid reader, Harriet cherished the role of grammy and was devoted to her husband, children, and grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday December 20, 2023 at 11 o'clock from the funeral home. Friends may call on Wednesday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services, and on Tuesday evening December 19, 2023 from 6 to 8:00 P.M.at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
