HaiLee C. Hayes, age 14, of Tamaqua, passed away suddenly Saturday, March 16, 2013, at home in Tamaqua.
HaiLee was a freshman student at Tamaqua Area High School with aspirations of becoming a chef. She had attended Panther Valley Elementary, and St. Clair Elementary & Middle Schools.
A typical teenage girl, she loved her family and firends. She enjoyed facebook and tweeting, weekly visits to the auction, while negotiating between Chinese food or other options for dinner with her parents.
Born in Lehighton, she was the daughter of Amy (Kaminitsky) Hayes and "her Daddy" Brian Correll.
She is also survived by her,
Maternal grandmother, Donna L. Kaminitsky of Summit Hill; paternal grandfather, Lenny Haspe of Tamaqua; grandparents, Donald & Nancy Correll of New Ringgold;
Many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Arrangements are being handled by E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 4 to 7:00 P.M. on Wed. evening March 20, 2013.
Funeral service will be at E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. at 7:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 20, 2013.
