Mrs. Grace E. Osenbach, 88 years of age of New Ringgold, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the home of her daughter Sandra while in the loving care of her family.
Widow of Herman C. Osenbach who passed away on June 11, 2006, she is survived by; sons, Herman C. Osenbach and his wife Carol of Tamaqua, Douglas J. Osenbach of New Ringgold, daughters, Susan C. Helfrich wife of Willis of Andreas, Sandra H. Niedospail wife of Frank of New Ringgold; brother, Richard M.Tiley of Bath; sister, Mrs. Bernice Manwiller of Hamburg ; 10 grand children; 14 great grand children; son-in-law, Daryl W. Nothstein.
A Tamaqua High School graduate, Grace had worked in the Textile Industry, and the former Hill's Drive-Inn, before helping her daughter's run Blondies in New Ringgold.
A member of Zion's Stone Church of West Penn Township, Grace was a talented seamstress, and armature photographer.
Born Saturday, August 27, 1927 in Tamaqua, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Roy L. Tiley, Sr., and Mary E. (Koenig) Tiley. She was also predeceased by daughter, Debra E. Nothstein; grand daughter, Kelly Kramer; sister, Mrs. Dorothy Osenbach; brothers, Roy L. Tiley, Jr., George E. Tiley, and Rober A. Tiley.

A Funeral service will be held at 7 o'clock PM on Friday August 26, 2016 from the funeral home, Rev. Kenneth T. Melber, Jr. to officiate.
Friends may call on Friday evening August 26, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. until time of services.
Private interment will be at Sky- View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, Pennsylvania.
