Gloria Troxell

Mrs. Gloria (Stewart) Troxell, age 60, of Sycamore Lane New Ringgold, died Friday, April 15, 2011, at Hershey Medical Center, surrounded by her family.

A 1969 Pennsbury High School graduate, Gloria had worked for the former J.E. Morgan Knitting Mills of Tamaqua.

A member of Zion Stone Church of West Penn Twp., Gloria loved gardening, reading, and enjoyed dancing.

Born in Hazleton, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Nora (Henry) Stewart.

She is survived by her husband of fifteen years, Ronald F. Troxell;
One Daughter,
Diane M. (Troxell) Zimardo wife of Joe of York, Pa.;

Two Sons,
Dale F. Troxell of State College, Pa. and
Daniel F. Troxell and his wife Kristine of New Ringgold;

She is also survived by two sisters,
Gladys Stewart of Weatherly, and
Darlene (Stewart) Fenstermacher wife of Robert of Tamaqua;

Two Brothers,
Wayne Stewart and his wife Jeanne of Fairless Hills, Pa., and
Donald Stewart and his wife Theresa of Weatherly;

Five grandchildren and

one niece and four nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Troxell on February 20, 1998; and a daughter-in-law Nancy Troxell on July 11, 2010.

Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike,Rte. 309, New Ringgold, Pa. 17960.

Friends may call Tuesday evening, April 19, 2011, from 6 to 8:00 P.M. at the Robert S. Nester F.H., Inc. Rte. #309 Snyders Village, New Ringgold, Pa., and from 9:30 A.M. until time of services April 20, 2011 at Zion Stone church of West Penn Twp., Cemetery Road New Ringgold, Pa. 17960.

Funeral Services, Wed. April 20, 2011 at 11 o'clock A.M. From Zion Stone Church of West Penn Twp., Cemetery Road New Ringgold, Pa., Rev. Michael A. Frost officiating.

Interment will be at Zion Stone Church Cemetery of West Penn Twp.
