Glenn A Flecknoe, 61 years of age of West Water Street Coaldale, Pennsylvania passed away on Friday, February 26, 2016, at his mothers home in Lansford while in the care of his sister, Jeanette and her husband Paul.
A graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Bucks County, Glenn served honorably in the United States Army. Glenn had worked for Balliet Mack of Bowmanstown for eight years as a mechanic, and most recently at Surma's Garage in Coaldale.
Glenn was a member of the Coaldale American Legion. and was an active member of Surma's Racing Team.
Born Wednesday, December 15, 1954 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Madalene (Godbehere) Flecknoe of Lansford, and the late Palmer Flecknoe.
Surviving are his sister, Jeanette L Reese wife of Paul of Lansford; nephews, Scott Reese and his wife Jennifer, Brian Reese; great nephews, Dylan and Noah.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the E. Franklin Griffiths Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. of 655 East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania 18252. (570) 668-2550.
A Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday evening March 2, 2016 from the funeral home at 7 o'clock P.M., Rev. Jeremy Bennack to officiate.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00 P.M. until time of services.
