Mrs. Georgine (Anstead) Stickler, age 97, formerly of Lansford, Pa., died Thursday, November 23, 2006, at Brandermill Health Care in Midlothian, Va.
Mrs. Stickler was a Homemaker, and former member of the Summit Hill United Methodist Church, Lansford American Legion Aux., and Past Worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star. After moving from Lansford to Virginia in 2000, Georgine worshiped at the Woodlake United Methodist Church.
Born in Summit Hill, Pa. she was the daughter of the late Russell Anstead and Emily (Saddler) Anstead.
Preceded in death by her Husband Edwin Stickler, August 2, 1997, and Daughter; Catherine Jean Stickler.

Arrangements are being handled by Holmes - Griffiths Funeral Home Inc., 200 E. Bertsch Str, Lansford, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM Wednesday, November 29, 2006. Funeral service will be noon from the funeral home.
Interment in Sky-View Memorial Park Lafayette Ave. Tamaqua, Pa.
