Frederick "Fred" James Bobal

Mr. Frederick J. "Fred" Bobal, Sr., age 76, of Lusanne Twp., Weatherly, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at Lehigh Valley Hospice in Allentown.

A member of Our Lady of Lordes R.C.C. of Weatherly, Fred farmed with his family in Lusanne Twp., retiring in 1999 from the Weatherly Foundry.

Born in Trenton, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Gordon) Bobal.

He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Paula (Maggio) Bobal;

One Daughter,
Nicole Bobal and her finacee Kenneth Mehlig of Weatherly;

One Son,
Frederick J. Bobal, Jr. and his wife Kathy of Beaver Meadows;

One Sister,
Arlene Callahan of Hazleton;

Five grandchildren, Jonathan, Jessica, Frederick J. III, Ashley, and Kenneth J. "KJ";
One great-grandchild, Stasha;

Preceded in death by brother, John "Jack" Bobal.
