Franklin Peiser

August 13, 1941 — February 15, 2017

Franklin E. Peiser, father, brother and grandfather, of Weatherly died Wednesday February 15, 2017 at home surrounded by his family



A graduate of Weatherly High School, Franklin retired from Weatherly Casting after working there for 53 years.



He was a member of Salem UCC, Weatherly.



Franklin enjoyed hunting, watching sports and riding motorcycles.



Born in Tamaqua, August 13, 1941 He was a son of the late Edward Peiser and Mary Frey.



Franklin was the widower of Alice (Beers) Peiser; he was also predeceased by a sister Evelyn Ehrenfried. He is survived by his;

Franklin D. Peiser and his wife Christine, Weatherly



Son,



Kevin S. Peiser and his wife Angela, Fort Howard, MD



4 Grandchildren Sarah, Zachary, Makenna and Owen Peiser



Brother, Gordon Frey, Easton;



Nieces and nephews also survive him.



Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 11 o'clock AM at Phillip J. Jeffries Funeral Home & Cremation Services 211 First Street Weatherly, Pennsylvania 18255 with the Rev. Sharon Frye officiating.



The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, February 20, 2017, and on the morning of Tuesday, February 21 from 10:00 AM until time of services. Interment will be at Union Cemetery, Weatherly In lieu of flowers, memorials in his honor may be sent to SpiriTrust Lutheran Home Care & Hospice.
