Frank attended New England College of Business and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration before going into the U.S. Navy. He was active with the Masonic Lodge in Bowdoinham Me for years. Frank loved trains and was an active founding member of the Tamaqua Anthracite Train Club.
He was a strong man of conviction and truly a man of incredible work ethic. He didn’t stop working ever; from a 20 year military career, to BIW, a print shop, carpentry and roofing side jobs, auctions and craft shows….he definitely was a “press on” to the next job kind of man. When he was in the military he would be found making little buildings for his train village, all by hand, one shingle at a time. This hobby grew and grew until he ran the train club in Tamaqua.
Frank loved being outside , he enjoyed being a marksman and prided himself on raising his dogs and feeding the neighbors horses. He loved tooling leather and creating beautiful things. He “needed” every single tool he had. He was a hard working honest man and will be truly missed.
