Florence M Strohl, age 68, of Pitt St., Tamaqua, died Thursday, December 4, 2014, at St. Luke's Miners Memorial in Coaldale.
She was the widow of Glenn P. Strohl, Sr. who passed away in 1994.
Florence had been employed as a secretary at the former Ferm Auto Parts of Tamaqua.
She was a Tamaqua High School graduate. Florence was very social, enjoyed her friends and was an avid Elvis Presley fan.
Born in Pottsville, she was the daughter of the late Nevin and Mildred Guldner.
She is survived by her
One Son,
Glenn P Strohl, Jr. and his wife Stephanie of Drums;
Five Grandchildren,
Sarah, Joshua, Dylan, Dante and Gretchen.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, PA. where the family will receive friends on Monday evening, December 8, 2014 from 6-8 PM and on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 10-11 AM.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at 11 o'clock AM at the Robert S. Nester Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., Reverend James O. Williams to officiate.
Interment at Zion Church Cemetery, Lewistown Valley.
