Mrs. Ferne E. (Miller) Snyder, age 83, of Cold Spring Road Andreas, died Saturday, June 4, 2011, at Blue Mountain Health Systems in Lehighton.
Fern, was a member of St. Peter's Union Church, and owned Few Acres Dairy Farm from 1942 to 1968, with her first husband Edwin Fritz, who died in 1974.. .
Born in Andreas, she was the daughter of the late George and the Annie (Fink) Miller.
She is survived by her

Leonard Fritz and his wife Mary Lou of Micco, Fla.
Five grandchildren

Three great-great grandchildren;
Preceded in death by her first husband, Edwin Fritz, who died in 1974; second husband Adam D.J. Snyder, who died on May 19, 2009; son, LeRoy Fritz; brothers, Henry Eberts, and Calvin Miller; sisters, Miss. Luella Miller, Mrs. Arlene Schock, and Mrs. Kathryn Schock.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, Snyders Village Rte. #309, New Ringgold, Pa., where the family will receive friends from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Friday, June 10, 2011.
Funeral service will be at Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc. at 11 o'clock AM Friday, June 10, 2011, Pastor Cheryl L. Moore to celebrate.
Interment will be at St. Peter's Church Cemetery, Mantzville.
