Everett A. "Butch" Lewis, age 70, of East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pa., died Wednesday, July 14, 2010, at St. Lukes Bethlehem.
A graduate of Freehold, New Jersey High School, Butch served in the United States Navy.
He was a Glass Blower for Ball Industries in Carteret, NJ.
Born in Neptune, NJ., he was the son of the late Everett and Sara Lewis.
He is also survived by his

Scott Lewis and his wife Helen of Jackson, N.J.;
Three grandchildren;
Companion, Connie Dixon of Tamaqua;
Preceded in death by a brother, Harry Lewis.
