Eugene S. Horn, Jr.

Eugene S. Horn, Jr., husband, father, and grandfather, age 74, of Beechcrest Lane, White Haven, died unexpectedly Monday, December 16, 2013, at home.

Married to his wife of thirty-three years, Martha Jean (Koch) Horn.

A 1957 graduate of West Hazleton High School, Eugene served in the United States Army.
He worked for Jack Frost Mountain since 1985. Was a member of V.F.W. Post #6615 of White Haven, enjoyed wood working, and was affiliated with the United Methodist Church of White Haven.

Born in West Hazleton, the son of the late Eugene Horn, Sr. and Helen (Gallagher) Horn.

He is also survived by his;

Cheryl J.(Horn) Williams wife of Dennis of Charleston, S.C.;
Janis Marie (Horn) Sisson wife of Ronald of Midlothian, Va.;
Brenda J. (Horn) Setelin of Mechanicsville, Va.;

Sons,
Lester G. Miller and his wife Cheryl of Weatherly,
James S. Miller of Hazleton,
Jody W. Miller of New Market, Tenn.;
Donald F. Miller and his wife Lauren of Weatherly,
Robert E. Horn and his wife Brooke of White Haven,
Eugene S. Horn, III and his wife Michele of White Haven;

Sisters,
Nancy (Horn) Minsker wife of Scott of Harrisburg,
Jean Marie (Horn)Solomini of New Jersey;

Brother,
Paul Horn and his wife Sun of Woodlake, Hezibah, GA.;

Twenty grandchildren
Six great-grandchildren;

Many nieces and nephews also survive him.

Preceded in death by an infant son Kenneth Paul Horn; brother, David Horn; daughter-in-law, Donna Miller, who died on Nov. 6, 2013.

Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home 211 First Street, Weatherly, Pa. 18255.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sat. December 21, 2013 from the United Methodist Church of White Haven 900 Buffalo Street White Haven, Pa. 18661 at 11 o'clock A.M., Rev. Sarah Fernsler to officiate.

Friends shall be received in church from 10:00 A.M. until time of services.

Military honors will be bestowed.

Private interment.
