Mr. Erwin Spethmann, age 74, of Ridge Cup Rd., New Ringgold, died Thursday, July 21, 2011, at his home.
Erwin had been employed by Dun & Bradstreet, Allentown as a salesman for 26 years.
He was a member of Zion Stone Church of West Penn Township.
Erwin was a US Army Veteran.
He was an avid hunter, fisherman and sailor.
Born in Bremen, Germany, he was the son of the late Willie and Charlotte Rodewald.
He is survived by his

Manfred Spethmann with whom he resided
One Sister,
Lotti Rodewald
One grandchild, Madelyn.
Preceded in death by his wife on 4-17-2005, Theresa Gudrun (Dimattes) Spethmann.
Arrangements are being handled by Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, Inc., 2066 West Penn Pike, New Ringgold, Pa.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Zion Stone Church of West Penn 45 Cemetery Rd., New Ringgold, Pa., Reverend Michael A. Frost officiating.
Interment at Zion Stone Church Cemetery, New Ringgold.
