Eleanor P. " Tetta" Billig, of 212 West High Street Coaldale, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 13, 2018, at Weatherwood Nurisng & Rehabilitation Ctr. in Weatherly at the age of 79.Survived by her husband of sixty years, Howard James Billig; sister, Mrs. Ann Louise Colosimo of Shenandoah; nieces, nephews and god children whom she was so proud of.A 1959 graduate of the former Coaldale High School, Eleanor was Russian Orthodox by faith. Eleanor, worked at the former Kiddie Kloes of Lansford. She enjoyed baking, taking long rides with Howard, and both where ardent fans of the Panther Valley High School football team, attending most games. A music lover, Eleanor like listening to Elvis and attending area shows. She was an animal lover and traveled extensively.Born Saturday, March 18, 1939 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Alec, and Anna (Zulick) Shears. She was also predeceased by; siblings, Michael Shears, Dorothy Shears, and Elias Shears.Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the E.
