Edwin W. "Pappy" Broskoskie, age 64, of Peat Moss Road White Haven, died Sunday, October 16, 2011, at Golden Living Center in Wilkes-Barre.
A Crestwood High School graduate, Edwin earned an Associates degree in Accounting from Luzerne County Coummunity College.
He was an avid outdoorsman, and reired from the White Haven Center in 2005 as a Supervisor after 30 years.
Born in White Haven, he was the son of the late William and Irene (Detweiler) Broskoskie.
He is survived by his
Two Daughters,
Shari (Broskoskie) Timko wife of Scott of Kansas City, Mo.,
Tanya Broskoskie of White Haven;
One Sister,
Shirley (Broskoskie) Langdon and her husband Jerry of Florida;
Five grandchildren, Trevor, Travis, and Trey Timko, Caila Williams, and Brie Gordick;
Preceded in death by his wife, Karen (Izzo) Broskoskie in 2006.
Private Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street Weatherly, Pa., Philip J. Jeffries F.D.
Interment in Laurel Cemetery of White Haven.
