Edward Arthur Kressly

Mr. Edward Arthur Kressly, age 85, of Lansford, Pa., died Friday, February 11, 2011 at his home in Lansford.
Edward had been employed by Bethlehem Steel Corporation.
He was a WWII Army Veteran and Protestant by faith.
He was a 1943 graduate of the former Lansford High School and a member of the Lansford and Coaldale Legion and the Masons.
Born in Nesquehoning, he was the son of the late George Kressly and the late Mary (Evans) Kressly.
He is survived by his wife Doris Mae (Mincemoyer) Bower-Kressly of Lansford;
two daughters,
Nancy Reichelderfer wife of Howard of Hughesville, Pa. and
Linda Saltgiver of Muncy, Pa.;
one son,
Robert Bower and his wife Zerna of Lewisburg, Pa.
Preceded in death by his first wife, Elizabeth Kressly in 1995; sister, Joan Wernett.
Arrangements are being handled by Holmes-Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc., 200 E. Bertsch Street, Lansford, Pa., where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 from 9:30-11:00AM.
Funeral Service will be on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at 11:00AM at the Holmes-Griffiths Funeral Home, Reverend Marjorie Keiter officiating.
Interment at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Tamaqua, Pa.
