Mr. Edward Jay Jaffe, age 68, of Galloway, NJ died Sunday, January 23, 2011, in Ewing Township, NJ.
He had been self-employed in the construction business.
Edward was of the Jewish faith.
He held a Master's Degree in Education having attended Valley Forge Military Academy, Penn State and Temple University.
Born in Pottsville, he was the son of the late Arron Samuel Jaffe and the late Rose (Kaplan) Jaffe.
He is survived by his
two daughters,
Jodi Jaffe of Flowertown, Pa. and
Jessica Jaffe of Philadelphia
two sons,
Jared Jaffe of Bristol, Pa. and Joshua Jaffe of Cheltenham, Pa.
four grandchildren.
