He was predeceased by his wife, Susan (Cittio) Boggs.
Edward had been working for Kovatch Corp.
He enjoyed hiking and he was an avid outdoorsman.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Edward H. Boggs Sr. of Philadelphia and Maryanne (Kerns) Boggs of Lansford.
He is also survived by his

Lorinda Boggs-Mulero of Philadelphia and Elaine Boggs;

Kenneth Boggs of Philadelphia;
