Mr. Douglas L Smith, age 65, of Coaldale, passed away Monday, March 26, 2012, at St Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem.
Douglas is survived by his wife of 42 years, JoAnn M. (Vetter) Smith.
He worked in maintenance for a senior living center.
He was Baptist by faith.
Born in Lakehurst, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Lewis Smith and the late Linda (Monahan) Smith.
He is also survived by his

Tina Piazza and her husband Roy of New Jersey;
Two Sons,
Douglas Smith of New Jersey and Paul Smith and his wife Virginia of Coaldale;
Two Sisters,
Dawn Walker and her husband John and Juanita Wands both of New Jersey;
Four Brothers,
Kenneth Smith and his wife Elaine, Gary Smith, Tim Smith and Jeffrey Pierce and his companion Linda Hertling, all of New jersey;
Seven grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his brothers, Jordan and Lewis.
