Donna L. Witner

Mrs. Donna L. (Lange) Witner, age 78, of Sugarloaf, Pa., earned her wings as an angel in heaven on Sat. June 11, 2011, at Hazleton General Hospital in Hazleton.

A Homemaker, Donna was an avid reader.

Born in Muscatine, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Florence (Dutro) Lange-Stephens.

She is survived by her

Three Daughters,
Cheryl L. (Witner) Beauregard wife of David of Drums,
Catherine L. (Witner) Rooney wife of Kevin of Conyngham,
Marlene K. Witner of Gaithersburg, Md.;

Six Sons,
Kerry Witner and his wife Kimberly of Mt. Airy, Md,
Reed Witner, and his girlfriend JoAnn Kwasny of Sugar Loaf,
John Witner and his wife Lisa of Tomhicken,
Mark Witner and his wife Jody of Winston Salem, N.C.,
Stephen Witner and his wife Joelle of Hazleton,
Christopher Witner and his wife Victoria of Nescopeck;

One Brother,
Brent Stephens and his wife Barbara of Ogdon, Utah;

Twelve grandchildren
Seventeen great-grandchildren;

Preceded in death by her husband, Harold Witner on Sept.30,1981; daughter, Cynthia Witner; step father, Kenneth Stephens; sister, Vanetia Stephens.

Arrangements are being handled by Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home, 211 First Street Weatherly, Pa. 18255, Philip J. Jeffries F.D./Sup.,

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Tuesday, June 14, 2011 and from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 15, 2011.

Funeral service will be at Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 15, 2011.

Interment will be at St. Matthew's Cemetery of Weatherly.
