Donna Lee Lukens, 73, of East Broad Street Tamaqua, Pennsylvania passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021 in Shenandoah as a guest of Ridgeview Nursing & Rehabilitation Ctr.
Born Saturday, January 3, 1948 in Lavelle, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Henry Hobart, and Marion (Hoover) Fleetman. Donna was also predeceased by; her sister, Marjorie Godshall.
Surviving are her husband of 47 years, John Lukens; son, Timothy Frye and his wife Sharon of Weatherly; brother, Hobart Fleetman and his wife Karen of Perkasie; grandchildren, Jared and Shannon Frye.
Donna was a graduate of Pennridge High School. She worked for many years as a chef in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Donna enjoyed cooking, reading, and watching movies.
