David A. Rothermel, age 64, of Tamaqua, died Thursday, August 8, 2013, at St. Lukes Miners Memorial Medical Ctr. in Coaldale, Pa.

his fiancee, Lee Hosier with whom he resided;

Autumn Lee Frey (Rothermel) wife of Norman Andrew Frey III of Lehighton;

son,
John Brooking of Palmerton;

brother,
Keith (Skip) Rothermel husband of Tina Schleicher of Lehighton;

sister,
Gail (Rothermel) Kocher wife of Lsrry Kocher of Lehighton;

nephews,
Steve Kocher and Shane Rothermel;

niece,
Dr Angela Rothermel (Frey) of Lehighton.

A Lehighton High School graduate, David served in the Vietnam War.

Born in Lehighton, he was the son of the late Donald and Lucille (Templin) Rothermel.
