(Moore) Noel - Dotter and her husband Charles; sisters, Robin Hoffman wife of Lynn, Brenda Fritzinger wife of Dennis; brothers, John O. Noel, Jr. and his fiancee Kelli, Timothy Noel and his wife Kitty Marie; step daughter, Katie Seltzer and three grandchildren. David was a talented carpenter and mechanic. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and creating origami animals. David was predeceased by; father, John O. Noel, Sr., companion, Barbara Becker; step daughter, Mindy Young.
