Mr. David W. Neyer, age 53, of Hayes St., Hazleton died Sunday, October 4, 2009 at Liberty Nursing Home, Allentown, Pa.
He was a 1973 graduate of Panther Valley High School and attended Vo-Tech where he studied Carpentry.
He was previously employed at J.E. Morgan Knitting Mills, Tamaqua and Scotch Maide of McAdoo.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Harold H. and Eleanor E (Smith) Neyer.
He is survived by his
nephew, Randy Neyer of Lansford
step-daughters, Andrea Haas of Alburtis and Kelly Bryant of Wappingers Falls, NY
Preceded in death by his companion in 2002, Carol Ann Campbell and brother, Harold Neyer.
Arrangements are being handled by Holmes-Griffiths Funeral Home, Inc. 200 E. Bertsch St., Lansford, Pa. where the family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 from 6-8 P.M.
