David Bierman, age 53, of Hazleton, passed away Sept. 23, 2012 at Hazleton General Hospital. David was born in Easton and attended schools in the Pen Argyl and Wind Gap areas. He also had lived in Center Valley and Rockport areas.
David was the son of Morris Bierman of Bethlehem and the late Bertha Mae (Mann) Bierman. In addition to his father, David is survived by children Eliza and Josh; brothers, Mark and Tim; sisters, Rhonda and Cathy; two grandchildren and nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins and best friend and companion, Kathy.
An avid football fan, David was employed by Deangelo Bros. of Hazleton, where he had many friends.
Calling hours are Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012 11 AM to 1 PM. Memorial Service starting at 1 PM at the Philip J. Jeffries Funeral Home 211 First St., Weatherly, Pa.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hazleton Animal Shelter 101 N Poplar St., Hazleton, Pa 18201 or to American Cancer Society Tamaqua/Carbon Unit 33 W Ridge St., Lansford, Pa 18232.
