Dana Marie Scatton

Dana Marie Scatton, mother, daughter, sister, friend of Hudsondale Street, Weatherly, Pennsylvania returned to the Lord having valently fought a fifteen month battle against cancer, at the age of 19. Born Tuesday, January 11, 2000 in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, she is survived by; her beloved year old daughter, Aries Marie Scatton; mother, Lenore S. (Weston) Scatton with whom she resided and her companion Jeffrey Wagner; father, Robert John Scatton of McAdoo; sisters, Lydia Gundry of Hazleton, Leann Fallabel wife of Frank of Drums, Erin Pallotti wife of John of Newport, North Carolina; brothers, Joshua Gundry of Hazleton, Josiah Gundry and his companion Danielle Parisi of Hoboken, NJ and Jacob Goralewski of Weatherly, Matthew Scatton and his companion Brittany Mills of McAdoo; maternal grandfather, Lenny Weston and his wife Rose of Weatherly. Many cousins, aunts and uncles also survive Dana. Dana was predeceased by a brother, Robert Scatton; paternal grand parents, John and Inez Scatton. Dana was attending Luzerne County Community College. She was a devoted member of Faith Assembly of God Church, Hazleton. A talented golfer, Dana enjoyed listening to music and learning to play guitar. A Celebration of Life will take place at 7 o'clock P.M. from Faith Assembly of God, located at 34 Fox Manor Road in Hazleton, Pennsylvania 18201 on Friday April 26, 2019. The Celebration of a Life will be officiated by Pastor Rodney Murphy. Friends may call from 5:00 P.M. until time of services. Private Interment will be in Union Cemetery Weatherly, Pennsylvania.
