Dale R. Herb, 78 years of age of Golden Oakes Drive White Haven, formerly of Kutztown, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at Weatherwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Ctr. in Weathery, Pennsylvania.
Survived by his wife of fifty years, Kathleen (Hope) Herb; daughter, Pamela Battle of Pine Grove; sister, Ann Emerich wife of Donald of Tamaqua; nieces and nephews.
Born Friday, May 10, 1940 in Coaldale, Pennsylvania, son of the late Wayne and Margaret (Jones) Herb. Dale was also predeceased by a sister, Mary Jane Wary.
A 1959 Tamaqua High School graduate, Dale was active in scouting, earning Eagle Scout. A veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the United States Army, Dale, retired as a mechanic from American National Can, and in retirement worked at Russell's Carpet in Kutztown.
Dale enjoyed working and collecting Antique Cars.
